Who we are, how we work and why we publish prices before you ask.
Who we are
Iberfácil is a Spanish platform for legal and administrative procedures. We coordinate the professionals who do the technical work — lawyers, court agents, experts, mediators and administrative agents — and take care of the rest: understanding your case, agreeing a price, gathering the documents and telling you how it is going.
We are not one more law firm, and not a directory of adverts. We are where a problem becomes a case file with an owner, a deadline and an invoice. The company details, address and registration are in the legal notice.
How we work
We read first. A misunderstood case costs more than a difficult one, so before proposing anything we put the facts, the dates and the paperwork in order.
Then we decide together. You get a route, a price and a list of what can go wrong. If we think it is not worth it, we say so even when that means not invoicing.
And we leave a trail. Every document, filing and reply is logged with its date in your client area. You can download your file whenever you want, including if you decide to leave.

Prices in plain sight
We publish what we charge. Where the service allows it, the price is made of a fixed part, which covers the work done whatever happens, and a success-based part, charged only if you recover something. We never offer a service on success alone: that pushes anyone to take weak cases and drop hard ones.
What we do not do: promise outcomes, charge for a first conversation or hide third-party costs. Court fees, opposing expert reports and disbursements are explained separately with their amount. The full table is on pricing.

Are you lawyers?
We coordinate registered and qualified professionals for each field. Iberfácil manages the case file; the technical signature always belongs to an authorised professional.
Where do you operate?
The digital service works across Spain. In-person coverage depends on the partner network and can be checked province by province on the partner network page.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored encrypted and attached to your file. You can download them or ask for deletion under the <a href="/en/privacy">privacy policy</a>.
