What is included
- Review of invoices, contracts and messages
- Claim strategy and first formal notice
- Status tracking in the client area
We assess the debt, prepare the claim and move through an amicable or formal route when appropriate. We work with catalogue pricing, written scope and digital tracking.
This is for when someone owes you money and you can prove it: an unpaid invoice, a loan to a friend, rent arrears from a tenant or work you delivered and never got paid for. We start with the basics: how much is owed, since when, and what evidence exists.
What it includes: reading your documents, working out the amount you can claim, a written demand for payment with proof of delivery and, if there is no answer, a proposed formal route with the right lawyer. What it does not include: a guarantee that you will collect. If the debtor has no assets or income, we tell you before you spend more.
After that, timing depends on the debtor's response and, if a claim is filed, on the court calendar.
If you came from a problem landing, return to the problem explanation or read pricing to understand the fixed plus success-based model.
Estimated duration: 10 days.
We look at the invoice, contract, messages and partial payments. We work out what is owed today and tell you whether the evidence holds up or what is missing.
You get the catalogue price: a fixed part for the work and a variable part on what is recovered. Never success-only, and no surprises later.
We send a demand for payment with proof of delivery. If the debtor replies, we negotiate instalments or a reduction with your express approval.
With no reply, we prepare the court claim with a lawyer from the network. You follow every filing and every date from your client area.
It depends on the available evidence; we review invoices, messages, deliveries and acknowledgements first.
The service combines a fixed part and success-based variable fee when the catalogue says so; prices are not typed by editors.
We check before proposing a claim. If we see no assets or income that can be seized, we tell you and do not recommend spending more.
It depends on the type of debt and whether there have been acknowledgements or partial payments.
Tell us who owes you money, how much and what documents you have.
Tell us how much you are owed, since when and what papers you have. We will say whether a claim looks viable and what it would cost, with no commitment.
