What a partner point is
A partner point is an office in your town — a small firm, an advisory practice, a law office — that works with Iberfácil. A person sees you, with your papers in front of them, and whatever you sign there enters the same digital process as if you had done it from home.
What you get: someone who explains the procedure face to face, helps you gather the documents and verifies your identity without you wrestling with a phone. After that you follow the case in your client area like any other client.
What does not change: you pay the price published on pricing. The point is paid a commission by us, not by you, and adds no separate fee for seeing you.

No. You pay the published price of the service. The point's commission comes out of our share.
Does the point handle my case?
The point sees you, collects the documents and supports you. The technical work is done by the professional for that field.
Are there points across Spain?
Not yet. You can check the points in each province with the finder on this page; if there is no point nearby, the online route works just as well.
