I want to get out of debt

Income, creditors, proceedings and a second chance assessment. We first map what you owe and what you own; then we tell you frankly whether the second chance law can help you.

What we will organise

You owe several banks and lenders and every month gets worse. A business closed and left you with the loans. You guaranteed someone and now they are coming after you. Your salary is being garnished. If paying is no longer possible, Spain's second chance law may be a way out, but it has to be checked before getting your hopes up.

We start with an honest map: what you owe, to whom, what you earn and what is in your name. With that, the debt relief service runs a viability study and tells you whether you meet the requirements, which debts could be cancelled and which assets are at stake. If it does not fit, we explain alternatives such as negotiating with creditors.

What to have at hand

  • A list of debts with creditor and approximate amount.
  • Payslips, tax return or benefits certificate.
