What is included and what is not promised
Social Security, the tax office, your town hall or the immigration office ask you to complete a procedure with a digital certificate and you do not know where to start. Or you had one, it expired and now you cannot access anything. This service walks you through it until the certificate works and you know how to use it.
What it includes: identifying which certificate you need for the procedure, the application to the issuing body, the in-person identity check appointment where required, installation on your computer or phone and a real test of access to the procedure you needed. What it does not include: keeping your certificate or using it on your behalf. It is your signature. We show you how to use it and how to protect it.

- If it is for a company or association, the representative's details and the document proving their authority.
- The computer or phone you will use it on, with administrator access.
