How it works
Five steps, a closed price before we start and a case file you can check whenever you want.
What happens when you write to us
Iberfácil is a digital service. You describe your case from your phone or laptop, we study it and give you a closed price. If it works for you, we handle it with the right professional.
There are no compulsory visits and no endless phone calls. If you prefer to do it face to face, a partner point takes you through the same steps in person.
You know the cost and the scope before you pay anything. Where the service allows it, the price combines a fixed part and a success-based part. We never work on success alone and we never promise an outcome: the detail is on pricing.
How it works
-
Tell us your case
You fill in a short form: what happened, since when and which documents you have. You can attach whatever is already on your phone. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
-
Assessment and closed quote
A person reads your case. We tell you whether we see it as viable, which route we propose and what it costs, with the fixed and the variable parts listed separately. If we are not convinced, we say so.
-
You accept and verify your identity
If it works for you, you sign the engagement with the scope in writing and verify your identity. We need it to act on your behalf. That is when your case file opens.
-
We handle it and keep you posted in your client area
We draft the documents, coordinate the lawyer, expert or agent involved and file whatever needs filing. Every step is logged with its date and its document in your client area.
-
Closing and settlement
We explain how the matter ends, settle the variable part if there was one and hand you the complete file. The documentation stays stored in case you need it later.
What to have ready
It depends on the service, but at the start we almost always ask for the same things:
- Your identity document, so we can check who you are.
- The paperwork: contract, invoice, letter, accident report, decision or complaint.
- The dates that matter: when it happened and when you were notified.
- Anything exchanged with the other side: emails, messages or recorded letters.
If something is missing, start anyway. Telling you what is missing and how to get it is part of the job.
Frequently asked questions
How long does each step take?
After that the calendar belongs to the authority, the court or the other side, and we do not set that pace.
Do I have to visit an office?
No. The whole process can be done online. If you would rather have someone with you, a partner point walks you through the same steps.
Can I stop halfway?
Yes. You pay nothing until you accept the quote. If work has started, we settle what was done up to that day and hand you the file.
Who handles my case?
A registered or qualified professional for that field. We coordinate, document and keep you informed; the technical judgement is theirs and the final decision is yours.
Shall we start?
Tell us what happened. We will say whether we can help, what it would cost and how long it would take, with no commitment.
