Coordinate a useful expert report

We define what the expert must assess, which documents are needed and where the report will be used. We work with catalogue pricing, written scope and digital tracking.

Expert assessments

What is included

  • Definition of the report scope
  • Coordination with the right technical professional
  • Delivery and formal review before use

What is included and what is not promised

There is damp in your home and the builder says it is not his fault. A garage returned your car in worse shape than it went in. You need to value a business in an inheritance or prove that a signature is not yours. When the argument is technical, each side's word is not enough: you need a report from an expert.

What it includes: defining precisely what the report has to answer and in which proceedings it will be used, choosing the expert with the right speciality from the network, coordinating the site visit or sample collection, reviewing the draft so it answers what was asked, and delivering the signed report ready to submit. What it does not include: a report tailored to what you would like to read. The expert signs what they observe, and if the result does not favour you, it is better to know before spending on a trial.

Documents you will need

  • Photos, videos or samples of what needs to be analysed.
  • Contracts, quotes, invoices or plans related to the subject of the report.
  • Earlier reports, if another technician has already given an opinion.
  • If a trial is under way, the claim or the filing where the issue is raised.

Indicative timing

If there is a procedural deadline for submitting it, we factor it in from day one.

If you came from a problem landing, return to the problem explanation or read pricing to understand the fixed plus success-based model.

How it works

Estimated duration: 15 days.

  1. We define what the report must answer

We pin down with you the technical question, what the report will be used for and what deadline applies. A poorly defined assignment produces a useless report.

  2. We choose the expert and quote

We find the right speciality in the network: architect, engineer, doctor, handwriting expert, economist. You receive the price with the expert's fees itemised.

  3. Visit, analysis and draft

The expert inspects, takes samples or studies the documents. We check that the draft answers the question and is understandable to whoever reads it.

  4. Delivery and, if needed, ratification

We deliver the signed report ready to submit. If the court calls the expert to ratify it, we coordinate their appearance.

What to have at hand

Frequently asked questions

Do you choose the expert?

We coordinate with suitable profiles in the network or say when another speciality is needed.

Does a report guarantee winning?

No. A report can strengthen technical evidence, but outcomes depend on many factors.

What kinds of experts do you coordinate?

The most common: architects and surveyors, engineers, doctors, handwriting experts, economists and IT specialists. If you need another speciality, we tell you whether we can cover it.

Do I need an expert if the other side already has one?

It is usually advisable. Your own report lets you challenge theirs and point out its errors. We assess it by reading the existing report first.
